My Journey Beyond the Galactic Federation: Reclaiming Sovereignty and Discernment

For many years, I explored the spiritual and metaphysical realms with an open heart and an insatiable curiosity. Like many on the awakening path, I encountered teachings about the Galactic Federation—often described as a benevolent alliance of extraterrestrial beings here to guide and assist humanity.
At one point, I deeply resonated with these narratives. I channeled these energies, received information, and believed that these beings were supporting humanity’s evolution. But over time, something began to shift.
As my own discernment strengthened and my connection to my inner truth deepened, I started to question the information I was receiving. What I discovered fundamentally changed the way I relate to all external spiritual authorities.
This is the story of how I moved beyond the Galactic Federation narrative and into a much deeper embodiment of sovereignty.
When Spiritual Narratives Become Constructs
Whether the Galactic Federation exists as literal extraterrestrial beings or as a collective consciousness construct is less important to me now than understanding the energetic function these narratives serve. Through my own experiences, I came to recognize that much of the information associated with the Galactic Federation felt programmed.
It carried subtle agendas. It often positioned humanity as dependent on outside forces for rescue, guidance, and ascension. And that, to me, became a red flag.
I began asking myself a profound question:
If I am a sovereign creator, why would I need to rely on any external authority—galactic or otherwise—to access my truth?
That question changed everything.
Frequencies Are Neutral—Discernment Is Essential
One of the most important realizations I had is that frequencies are simply information fields. We interact with invisible frequencies every day through technologies like Wi-Fi, radio waves, and cellular networks. In the same way, channeling involves tuning into energetic frequencies that contain information. But not every frequency is aligned with your highest good. Some frequencies are supportive, some are distorted.
And some may carry programming that subtly reinforces dependency, fear, or limitation.
This is why discernment is one of the most important spiritual skills we can develop.
I eventually chose to stop channeling Galactic Federation beings because the information no longer felt fully neutral or empowering. Instead, it felt like it was part of a larger construct with embedded agendas. That decision was a major turning point in reclaiming my sovereignty.
Humanity Is Expanding Its Perceptual Bandwidth
As human consciousness evolves, our ability to perceive subtler energies expands.
What many people describe as ascension is, in my view, an increase in our frequency and perceptual bandwidth.
As this occurs, we become more aware of:
Astral entities
Collective consciousness fields
Nature spirits
Interdimensional beings
Galactic archetypes
Higher aspects of ourselves
This expanded awareness can be profoundly transformative, but it also requires greater discernment.
Just because we can perceive something does not mean it should be given authority over us.
The Dimensional Spectrum
Over time, I developed a framework for understanding dimensions as progressively more subtle and collective states of consciousness. The dimensional spaces work together in bands known as harmonic universes, each band creates a layer of physicality, each dimension in the band is required to be fully activated in order to manifest in physical to semi-physicality.
First Harmonic Universe: Carbon Based Physical Reality
1st and 2nd Dimensions – Foundational physical structures and elemental consciousness
3rd Dimension – Physical reality
Second Harmonic Universe: Carbon-Silica Based Reality
4th Dimensions – astral realms, and many forms of energetic manipulation
5th and 6th Dimensions – Higher states of consciousness and semi-physical collective energies
Third (Silica Crystalline), Fourth (Liquid Plasma), Fifth Harmonic Universe (consciousness)
7th through 15th Dimensions – Increasingly unified, non-individualized expressions of consciousness
In my experience, higher-dimensional connection is most valuable when it serves as a bridge back to our own multidimensional nature—not as a source of external authority.
The Idea of Frequency Capping
One concept that became increasingly clear to me is that human consciousness appears to have been influenced by systems designed to keep our awareness confined within limited perceptual ranges. I often describe this as a form of “frequency capping.”
This may function like an energetic net or matrix structure that reinforces lower-density patterns of fear, separation, and dependency.
Whether these systems are literal, symbolic, or psychological, the effect is the same: they encourage us to seek power outside of ourselves. The more I explored these dynamics, the more I realized that true liberation does not come from cosmic politics or interdimensional alliances. It comes from turning inward.
Activating My Own Multidimensional Self
The most powerful shift in my journey occurred when I stopped looking outward for guidance and began consciously activating higher aspects of my own consciousness.
Rather than relying on external entities, I focused on connecting with my own multidimensional self—particularly what I perceive as my 12th-dimensional aspect.
This connection brought a level of clarity, embodiment, and sovereignty that no outside source had ever provided. The truth I discovered was simple and profound:
Everything I had been seeking externally already existed within me.
Practical Steps That Helped Me Reclaim Sovereignty

Question Everything
I no longer accept any channeled information blindly. I ask whether it empowers me or encourages dependency.
Strengthen Discernment
I trust how information feels in my body and energy field rather than focusing solely on how compelling it sounds.
Activate Your Higher Self
Meditation, visualization, and intentional energetic practices can help you access your own multidimensional wisdom.
Release Programmed Energies
I consciously disconnect from narratives and frequencies that generate fear, hierarchy, or loss of personal power.
Trust Your Inner Authority
The most accurate guidance I have ever received comes from within.
The Galactic Federation as a Mirror
Today, I view the Galactic Federation as a powerful mirror for humanity’s spiritual evolution. For some, it may represent genuine archetypal support.
For others, it may function as a collective construct.
Either way, the deeper lesson is the same:
Our freedom depends on our willingness to reclaim our sovereignty.
No being, system, or frequency should replace your direct relationship with your own truth.
My Final Reflection
The greatest revelation of my journey has been realizing that I am the creator of my reality. The same is true for you. External teachings, entities, and collective narratives can offer perspectives, but they are not the ultimate authority.
Your highest authority is your own inner knowing.
When you trust that voice, release illusions, and fully embody your multidimensional nature, you access a level of freedom and clarity that cannot be given—or taken away—by anything outside of you. Your sovereignty is your greatest gift, and your truth has been within you all along.
