Service Description
Sometimes the hardest part of caring for someone you love is knowing that something isn't working, but not knowing how to shift it. This session is specifically designed to support the parent or caregiver—giving you space to step out of the needs, emotions and energy of everyone around you and come back into your own energetic stability. We begin with energy healing focused entirely on you: clearing energetic overwhelm, bringing you back into your body and helping restore greater balance within your field. From there, we move into a channeled reading, allowing Spirit to offer insight into the relationship or situation you're navigating. We may explore recurring patterns, triggers, energetic dynamics, boundaries, your role within the relationship, or simply a different perspective on something that has felt difficult to understand. These sessions can be especially supportive for parents and caregivers navigating autism, ADHD, neurodivergence, high sensitivity, challenging family dynamics or caregiving situations that require a tremendous amount of emotional and energetic capacity. This isn't about fixing the person you care for. It's about supporting you within the experience of caring for them—so you can feel more grounded, clear and connected to yourself while gaining new insight into how to navigate the relationship with greater ease. Available in person or virtually. Please note, this session is geared SPECIFICALLY FOR CAREGIVERS. The reading will be tailored to that dynamic. Booking Policy
Sessions and courses are non-refundable. If you are unable to make your private session, we can reschedule but appreciate at least 24 hours notice. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your private session, you will be given one opportunity to reschedule. For courses that you are unable to attend live, you will be sent the recording. By booking this session, you are assuming all responsibility for any of the actions that you take due to the information that is shared.
