Sessions and courses are non-refundable. If you are unable to make your private session, we can reschedule but appreciate at least 24 hours notice. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your private session, you will be given one opportunity to reschedule. For courses that you are unable to attend live, you will be sent the recording.
